When it comes to stock trading most have very little free time to do research and sift through the mountain of investment vehicles associated with stock trading. We can trade individual stocks, baskets of stocks (mutual funds), stock options, volatility on stock index's, exchange traded funds and the list seems to grow on a monthly basis what you can do with a stock accounts.
Due Diligence Meaning before you invest in anything it is your job to do the research.
Do Not rely on Anyone to make your investment decisions. One can find ideas to trade stocks through message boards, by watching local news, watching cnbc (but they usually just have a parade of ceo interviews of high profile companies like in the beginning of 2008 and many are not at their helms anymore or are in jail or should be in jail.) or just by driving around town or even shopping at your local stores etc.... Also if you make the choice to do something after your Due Dilegence is complete you must accept the outcome either good or bad.
